1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 456bs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 456bs website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform at https://456bs.app.

By creating an account on 456bs, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

456bs operates as an offshore-licensed online gaming platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or making any financial transaction. 456bs makes no representation that its services are available or permissible in any specific jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 456bs platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 456bs enforces a strict minimum age policy. Gambling by persons under 18 is prohibited absolutely and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed without delay.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, representative, or affiliate of any third party for the purpose of placing bets.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with 456bs or any other gambling operator under a recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You do not hold any existing 456bs account. Opening more than one account on the platform is strictly prohibited regardless of whether the same personal details are used.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 456bs or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.

456bs reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during a player's relationship with the platform, not only at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 456bs services, you must register for a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

456bs reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings generated through an account registered with false information will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456bs login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 456bs will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or application.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 456bs support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals using your account.

456bs accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any bets placed or transactions made using your account credentials — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — will be treated as authorised instructions except where 456bs has been promptly notified of a security breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

456bs accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 456bs does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account does not belong to the registered 456bs account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being investigated for potential breach of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks.

Standard withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing during peak periods or overnight may take up to 2 hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): Processed within 1–2 working days from the time the withdrawal request is approved by the 456bs finance team.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing times vary by issuing bank; typically 3–5 working days from approval.

456bs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity. Where a withdrawal is delayed for investigation purposes, 456bs will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player within a reasonable period.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on 456bs are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 456bs does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If your payment method processes in a foreign currency, the exchange rate applied will be determined by your payment provider and any associated conversion fees are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

456bs regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL season. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are read alongside these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by 456bs carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time the offer is communicated to you.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry time will be removed from the account without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• 456bs reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing bets on opposite outcomes to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Only one bonus promotion may be active on an account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 456bs are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules are accessible within the platform's sportsbook interface. In the event of any ambiguity, the sportsbook rules specific to the relevant market shall take precedence over this general section.

456bs reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error or technical fault — regardless of whether the event has commenced. Players will be notified of any voided bet and the stake will be returned to their account balance. 456bs accepts no liability for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slots available on 456bs are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules embedded in the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the server record shall be deemed definitive.

In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a live game session, 456bs will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. 456bs accepts no liability for game interruptions caused by factors outside its control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. Sports betting accepts a minimum bet of ৳50. Slot games are playable from as little as ৳10 per spin. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market interface. 456bs reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, including in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 456bs platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations at all times. Violation of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances.

• No fraudulent activity: You must not use the platform to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity. This includes depositing funds from stolen payment methods, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit for moving illicitly obtained funds.
• No collusion or match manipulation: You must not collude with other players, sports participants, or any third party to fix the outcome of any event or game on the platform, or to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• No automated tools: You must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an advantage in any game. All activity on your account must be performed by you as a human player in real time.
• No exploitation of errors: You must report any technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs you encounter immediately to [email protected]. You must not attempt to exploit any such error for financial gain. Winnings generated through the exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
• No multiple accounts: You must not open or use more than one 456bs account at any time. This includes accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or payment methods with the intent of circumventing account-level restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• No abusive conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward 456bs staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

456bs employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor account activity continuously. Any account flagged for suspicious behaviour will be subject to investigation. During an investigation, 456bs may temporarily suspend access to the account and freeze pending withdrawal requests. The outcome of investigations is final and binding.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 456bs account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any unused bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 456bs

456bs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified responsible gaming authority.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require the platform to cease servicing a particular account or jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by 456bs due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, any account balance remaining at the time of closure may be withheld in full pending legal proceedings or investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, 456bs will return the verified account balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

456bs provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in server infrastructure and uptime monitoring, we do not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from interruptions, or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bs excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or bet voidance.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 456bs's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Amendments to These Terms

456bs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes in platform functionality, changes in payment processing arrangements, or updates to responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 456bs will notify active players by posting a prominent notice on the platform's homepage and, where technically feasible, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on the player's account. The updated Terms will be published at https://456bs.app/terms-conditions and will display the date on which they became effective.

Your continued use of the 456bs platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Where an account closure is requested within 14 days of a material terms amendment, any verified account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method without restriction.
